How to Convert Word to Text File

Open the Word document you need. Click on ‘File’ at the top left corner and select ‘Save as’ from the list. Select where save the file to. Click on ‘Save as type’ in the new window. Select ‘Plain Text (.txt)’ from the list. Click on ‘Save’. Click ‘Ok’ in the pop-up window. That’s it.
