I don't have a problem with the fact that the payment of $130k was an extortion. Of course it was. That's how these people do business. Money doesn't change hands in their world unless you have something to use as a lever to pry their fingers off it. That's why Trump famously doesn't pay contractors, doesn't pay lawyers. They're all grifters, every man-Jack of them.
It doesn't alter the fact that Trump paid it to help his campaign and he falsified business records to hide it. That's a felony crime.
