I just think everyone is still living in the Covid housing market and I don’t get it! Tons of overpriced homes and I don’t understand why besides greed. I’m thinking in about a year or sooner we will see a bunch of people trying to sell their homes or lose them to banks so I’ll wait until that time when pricing equal the home priced.

Garden tract has constant break ins, mail theft, homeless going through your stuff. Cool homes with good prices but terrible neighborhood to move into if you value safety. Honestly just avoid any homes near downtown Redding unless you don’t mind having tweakers going through your property.

Any Redding resident knows this. This is a disservice and honestly bad business by failing to say that
