Will try .
Back hone in Africa we use the Milk, Coconut Milk, NOT Grated one.
You are lucky in maybe you got a farm?
All Fresh you eat.
You scrapping Coconut like that reminded me of my childhood.
Our house Keeper would grate and fall asleep, so we rushed while she was having small naps and Steal some of the Grated Coconut.
If she suddenly gets up would try to run after us, but, where, poor lady couldn't catch us!!!
I can say as her funeral procession came from our house when I was like 9/10 years old, I DID Cry for her.
Those were the days!!

There is some poisonous substance in Kappa so to remove that you must boil the water first then add the chopped kappa and when it starts boiling remove the water . now use fresh water for cooking . love from kerala ❤

In Nigeria we use cassava to make fufu or garrie to eat soup.

In Somalia East Africa, we eat it like this with fresh coconut milk and its delicious. We call it Moxog or mohog. Many African countries eat cassava. ❤❤🇸🇴🇸🇴🇸🇴🇸🇴

In Kerala (India), most of these these ingredients harvested from our home garden. Tapioca, coconut, ginger, chilly. Turmeric, curry leaves. Only salt and onion are bought from the shop. So its a very common breakfast and evening snacks.
