This should be the requirement for every judge. Compassionate, kind, reasonable, understandable, and friendly (as needed).
This is example of someone that worth to be called your honor. Not some arrogant stuck up or even corrupt judges, although we do need tough ones for felony cases where criminals are ruthless and rude.
