It’s very easy to fix the disk drive not opening. Disassemble the OG Xbox remove the disk drive. Open it and remove the rubber band on the gears get a cup of water let it boil in a microwave for two minutes let it sit for a couple minutes after you take it out of the water. Then you can put the rubber band back on the gears and reinstall the the disk drive and reassemble the console
