Very nice technique, I wrap mine in parchment paper & then again in foil, still get all the juices, plus no aluminum/tinny taste to the meat

*I mean seriously are you guys advertising sauce or are you advertising a YouTube cooking channel??*
GET THE RECIPE OUT IN AS *SHORT OF A TIME AS POSSIBLE*

AND *HIGHLIGHT THE BABY RAYS AND GHE RECIPE'S SIMPLICITY INSTEAD!*

This is probably the absolute worst part of the video that it came from.
Makes no sense since the whole point is to advert sweet baby rays; which actually is a decent sauce compared to many $10-20 sauces

*But it makes no sense that they're not promoting the entire recipe by condensing it down into this ONE short, POSTING THE RECIPE IN THE DESCRIPTION AND THE COMMENTS* but rather instead they're just promoting clicks on their main youtube channel.

*PEOPLE WHO BUY 1 DOLLAR BBQ SAUCE DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO WATCH THE LONG VERSION OF RECIPES. CONDENSE THAT CRAP DOWN FOR US SO WE CAN WATCH IT IN 60S THEN REFER TO THE TEXT VERSION IN THE COMMENTS AND DESCRIPTION.*

No wonder every companies ad department is crap. *They are so disconnected from the actual customers that even when they get proper constructive criticisms they think "oh that's just crazy.* Let me actually paint you a picture about our product, on canvas, that takes hours to watch and comes with a convoluted explanation."
