How to install PKG file without entering administrator password

Thank you so much! This has been a problem for me for so long!

so at the last very last step when you press enter. it doesnt go into the unpackage folder. the application didnt pop up, it just shows the .pkg file again

I feel like there are some steps that are missing? Possibly? When you have the 'error' message because you have a second copy of that folder? Where does that come from? I just keep getting the error message that it is unrecognized option.
