What is Havana Syndrome?

According to the US media, a CIA officer, who travelled to India in September 2021, reported symptoms consistent with #Havanasyndrome.

According to the reports, around 200 U.S. officials and family members have been affected by Havana syndrome till now. People who have experienced Havana Syndrome report a set of ailments including migraines, nausea, memory lapses and dizziness. Some describe it as being hit by an invisible blast wave.

For last 10+ years I have been under attack of what I believe to be Havana Syndrome and have collected enough proof to warrant this statement.
I don't have the money to seek financial support to hire a detective and I need half a day to explain my situation and put together the evidence I have with someone that's specializes in photo editing and analysis.
Also the help with analyzing blood. And humans normal biological count as mine will be beyond anyone else's

no one's are mentioning the military presence of the so-called united states of america at the Guantanamo base, no one knows what they are testing there, and if they have electro magnetic weapon, Cuba will be ideal place to start testing the surgical utilizing of direct energy weapons outside the so called united states of america, small island, for various reasons e.g: the country is not highly digitalize neither technologically advanced, technically cuba at least 20 years behind in the spreading of personal technology even compared to other countries in the so called latina america, so there is no intense interference in radio frequencies and electromagnetic waves that could affect any targeting operations...

for multiple reasons I rule out that it was an attack with an direct energy weapon conducted by the
Cuban intelligence,
Russian intelligence,
Chinese intelligence, or Iranian intelligence the last three have good relationship with Cuba...

I can detail each one separately, but I will take Cuba as the starting point for the incident and a its capital the name for the syndrome :
1- the Cuban government wants to open up to what is temporarily called the united states of america because through this openness Havana will be able to lift the long lasting economic sanctions imposed on island, and this process of rapprochement between the so-called united states of america and Cuba could not have occurred without the approval of the Cuban intelligence community,
especially with the development of the geopolitical situation around the world and the current state of international polarization, Cuba’s geographical location and its proximity to the so-called united states of america, the political orientations of the current Cuban political system place it in a preferential position relative to Russia, China, and Iran, both the Russian and Chinese know everyone in Havana and they do not need to build a relationship from scratch and exploring their temperaments, minds, and their pattern of thinking, and usually medium and small size countries benefits from the state of international polarization in stabilizing the political system and strengthening their economic, military, security and political, this is why after the fall of the Soviet Union, the openness to the so-called united states of america with the aim of lifting the long economic sanctions imposed on Cuba, was one of Havana's foreign policy priorities, but now it is no longer that important and except for the economic disruption resulting from the Corona crisis which by the way effected the entire globe, the Cuban economic forecasts are very promising in the medium and long terms, with the island geographical location, economic potentials especially tourism sector, various agricultural, perhaps mining and oil exploration, educated people with cheap labor, safe environment, it will attract Chinese and Russian investments to Cuba and with it the influx of Chinese and Russian tourists to the largest Caribbean islands
this will guarantee the flow of hard currency necessary to develop and modernize Cuba, whether it is the Chinese yuan or the Russian ruble, in the end, the total population of China and Russia is more than 1, 500 million, and the size of their economies is about 16 trillion which still very much underrated and much below their full potentials, their economies enjoy a great dynamism and potentials and they both dumped the old sterile communist economic model.
for Cuba, with it's small population, Russia and china are considered a first-class economic partners especially in the medium and longer terms, in a way that puts the feasibility of openness to the so called united states into questioning especially if it comes burdened with huge security risks and concerns that effecting the integrity and continuity of the existing political system, that is why the rounds of secret talks and the political and diplomatic openness that followed could not happened without the approval and participation of the Cuban intelligence services...

therefore, openness to the so-called united states of america is no longer a matter of strategic priority in Cuban foreign policy, they had overcome the shock of the collapse of the soviet union and have been able to adapt to the economic pressures that arose as a result of the cessation of support and assistance programs provided by the Soviet Union, and in the resent years (with the exception of coronavirus period) their economic figure's are giving very stable economic growth
the traditional Cuban recipe for dealing with the foreign economic pressures, is by exporting the problems to its main cause, through opening the immigration pipeline to the so-called united states of america, thus alleviating economic pressure and security, popular and social tensions, accordingly, we can assume that the Cuban intelligence community has studied all the advantages and disadvantages of the current trend to openness to the so-called washington, especially after the experience of the Arab Spring and the central role played by the embassies of the so-called united states of america in destabilizing the political and social conditions in those countries...

is it reasonable to believe a story that says that the various american intelligence services, despite the technological advancement they possess, did not provide the officers of their stations abroad with devices to detect planted cameras and eavesdropping devices? especially in Cuba,
the officials in the so called the united states refused to let the Cubans searching or inspecting the homes of the diplomats and intelligence officers whom washington claims were subjected to attacks with directed energy weapons, this refusal despite their claim's that there is a possibility that their homes are being monitored or bagged with secret cameras planted by Cuban intelligence, again we have to believe that veteran intelligence officers of the so called united states are not trained to detect if their homes have been visited behind their backs and they have not planted cameras covering the whole resident externally and internally covering all rooms of their homes, at least for security purposes.
this was one of the accounts given by the cia Havana station Chief explaining how he was attacked and how he dealt with this attack, as if they were all sitting in an episode of treatment session for alcoholics or drugs addict, and all of this in Cuba, and we have to believe this huge amount of nonsense and stupidity, even third world intelligence apparatus, when they have to work in an hostile environment are better trained...

by the way I don't deny he and the others could had been targeted by directed energy weapon but the rest of his story is what I disputes and I say its just a pure fabrication which puts his entire claim under the microscope of questioning regarding the real motivation behind those stories...

so if the Cuban intelligence have the technological means to harassing the intelligence officers and the diplomats of the so called the united states but they are still lacking the right motives to do so,
in counter intelligence and combating hostile and subversive activities
the old school methods still very effective in disturbing and sabotaging enemy plans, but for the sake of arguments if they have some motives to attack certain pre identified intelligence officer's concerning its hostile activities, so why they did targeted the regular diplomats if the political system want to restore the relationship with the so called united states of america and if Cuban intelligence actions was just a part of very selective counter intelligence activities as it was described by the cia station chief, even the expert doctor who sended secretly by the so called Langley to investigate the incident's said to experienced the same symptoms, in the time when the Cuban intelligence was interested in discrediting all those claims, worth noting here why the cia did send him secretly and how the Cuban intelligence discover his real identity so quickly and decided to targeted him, and why he chose to stay in a hotel instead of one of targeted residents if was going to investigate those incidents...
