For years Bosch claimed their condensation dry was superior, after many complains about plastics and wood not drying, Bosch finally came up with crystal dry. I have owned two Bosch 800 series over the years and was never happy with opening up a wet dish washer. Condensation dry just doesn't work well. My next dish washer I am seriously thinking of going back to one with a heating element.

I too own the pre-crystal dry 800 series and it is also frustrating to have wet dishes. Next time I am buying one with a heating element (Kitchenaid or something like that)

As an engineer with some experience with Zeolite functionality, I'm wondering if there is a filter between the zeolite compartment and the outlet vent? My only hesitation in buying this product is concern with zeolite dusting entering the chamber with our dishes. Please confirm whether an outlet filter exists.

When I try to use the Crystal Dry, my dishes are completely wet after the cycle. When I don't touch the Crystal Dry, my dishes are dry. What's happening?

Do the CrystalDry models also pop open the door at the end or not?

do that mean there is no heating coil used in the dry cycle. FDNY has told us never to use a dishwasher’s dry cycle.

I paidore to get Crystal Dry. It doesn't work any better than my old dishwasher without it.

I am super disappointed with my Bosch 800. It leaves my dishes soaking wet- had a Bosch tech out today who said it was user error! I can’t believe I bought the most expensive unit at Home Depot and the drying function is USELESS!

Bosch dishwashers SUCK!! Super fancy, lots of BIG WORDS, all just flash in the pan... I paid $1000.00 for a model 300, and STILL have to DRY THE DISHES!!! Unless, you open the door to let the dishes air dry.. ??? SERIOUSLY Bosch???? I can't believe I was gullible enough to, laterally, buy into this 'no heating element' crap...
