If you don’t have a paper towel holder with tension, try Viva paper towels. They adhere to themselves so they don’t unroll down the road.

I don't know if anyone else has told you this yet but I REALLY appreciate how well produced your videos are. On top of being extremely inform and helpful, it's easy to watch. Thank you!

Here in Texas, we use an oven thermometer to check the temperature outdoors.

If you keep your microwave, the collapsible silicone popcorn poppers are FANTASTIC

Love my toaster oven! It is from the 70’s and still going strong!

If you have a lid for your Yeti Mug, you can use it as an egg separator. The egg whites will exit thru the sipping hole into the mug or small bowl while the egg yolk remains on top.

Another great vid, my wife’s tip is square pans fit best on the stove top and utilize the space most effectively. Thanks.

I love my single burner hotplate. It takes up little to no space when in use and fits neatly in a drawer.

If you are having trouble with paper towels unrolling when you drive, try twisting large rubber bands onto the horizontal holder bar. I use #84 or 64 for their bulk until it is near 1/4 inch smaller than the towel tube. That helps on the road and when tearing off a sheet as it minimizes the freewheeling roll.

Thanks for the info. We use a Berkey water filtration system, which can make river water drinkable, if necessary.

Love your suggestions. Here's one that we did that makes setup and tear-down so much easier - quick connect water connections. On the RV, the filter and the filter to faucet.

Thanks for the great suggestions! Some of our favorite kitchen items are my grandparents old corelle dishes (that are almost indestructible) and a collapsible dish drying rack!

When you have power, an Induction cooker is great for the RV. It doesn’t heat up the RV and it’s very fast. It also is low power since the temperature can be controlled so well from 140 to 400 deg F. Duxtop is only $50 something.

After seeing other RVers rave about that paper towel holder, I got one for our house. Within a month, it started to hang really low like it was going to fall apart. It never did fall apart and retained tension but it looked so pathetic, I replaced it. I use a little clothes pin in our RV for travel days - just clip the top towel with a few more layers behind it. The hands free tearing is a luxury we've had to give up.

Really like that splatter guard idea! I find RV ovens are a waste of space for weekend warriors.

Cutco knives!!! Expensive, a big investment but the only set you'll ever need! If they need sharpened the company does it for you. My niece was selling them and so that's how we got ours, favorite set ever!

Love my ninja foodie. We cook probably half our meals with it in some capacity. Saves a ton on propane.

We love our induction hot plate. Small, light, quick warm up, and very little heat in the room.
