Since you have darkness and light on each side, the bridge in between is like the balance needle of a scale between good and evil. Hence, "The Balance Needle" would be a nice name for the bridge, or even "Moral Compass".

For the bridge, you can call it "Crepusculum Pontem, " Latin for Twilight Bridge, as it is the connection between the two schools; where the light and dark meet.

Elvish Bow Seeming as you hit that first ghast shot, first thing that come to mind is "Silvan Guard's Faithful" or "Soos' Faithful" for a more personalized touch!

Whatever names they are given, they'll be worthy of Mythic Valley's bravest battle mage!

For the bridge, "Bridge of Perfectus Statera" or "The Perfectus Statera" is Latin for "perfect balance" would be rly cool

When you mentioned the two wizard schools on different cliffs i imagined a building levitating in the sky somewhere between them, where the professors' and headmaster's offices would be. Like the super powerful guys hang out in the sky)

Like if an elf hunter in the verge of death took his bow and swore to the gods that whoever used this bow in the future would not miss a shot, bonding his spirit to the bow in the process...
