Simple tutorial on how to build a large medieval bridge in minecraft (1.13-1.21...).

Fun fact, I did this in survival over a GIANT GAP, but it was worth it to connect my giant crop farm to my other giant crop farm (me and my friend play in a world where I’m the humble farmer and he’s the dwarf who has a mining addiction)

Slowly working on building this in survival multiplayer but over a much bigger gap, like big enough that I'm adding a third tower in the middle of the bridge

I'm playing modded so I've got cobblestone bricks instead of stone bricks (basically slightly darker stone bricks with slightly softer edges), Sakura wood from the Aether instead of spruce wood (and replacing the cobblestone (only walls not floors) with sakura planks), and Highsproot wood, also from the Aether, in place of all the oak. Any floors that were cobblestone i used the cobble bricks for instead

Nice dark but kinda cozy color palette, imo. Easily my favorite combination of materials for builds

SUPER tedious to build though because the trees take a while to grow, plus we've got the serene seasons mod as well and it's currently winter in the server, which I'm pretty sure makes the trees grow even slower...

what I like about this build:
1. you can skip the towers part as the bridge itself is still amazing!

2. no need to make support pillars that stretches below (this makes it faster to build in survival)

This bridge is really cool I’m going to build it in my survival world. It will be the main entrance to my medieval kingdom.

Edit: I just finished and it took me 12 hours I love it!!!

Thank you. Perfect design. Only thing I changed was replacing all the visible oak stairs with wool patterns such as: white/orange with the bridge roof and white/cyan with the tower roofs. In my realm with my friends we love our wool roofs.

I love that bridge Design! I was looking for hours now for a good Design to Connect my base and my farm which are separated by a Cliff. And this Design is by far the Best one i could find... im sure it will look great ^^
