And somewhere else is Flash Cannon.

Great tutorial. Simple and to the point. The Lapras was a nice bonus.
Though, you don't need to fight the scientist and the team rocket guy on the 3rd floor.
You can simply wait for the scientist to turn away and walk past the team rocket grunt. (I went around the top of the table.)
Get TM's at the following locations:
2F (Woman - top left) = Self Destruct,
5F (Store room - bottom left) = Flash Cannon,
7F (Room with round table - Top right) = Dragon Pulse,
10F (Store room - Bottom left) = Flamethrower.
