Hi****r was banned from driving? WW2 Psy-ops #ww2

In July 1944 during the Second World War, British propaganda spread disinformation that Hitler was banned from driving due to epileptic fits.

The rumour was part of a wider campaign designed to undermine the confidence of the German people in Hitler’s health and sanity, particularly in the final stages of the war after the D-Day landings in June 1944.

This is rumour J/294, found in the papers of the Underground Propaganda Committee of the UK.
