When did Jesus go into a deep sleep? Didn’t he descend those three days?

19 After being made alive, he went and made proclamation to the imprisoned spirits—

In the Old Testament in this verse of Genesis 2:21 Adam was placed in a deep sleep or trance.
Sleep is Tardemah-trance, deep sleep.

In the New Testament in these verses John 11:11-13 Lazerus was mistaken to be sleeping but Yeshua clarified and said he is dead.
In John 19:33 Yeshua was dead and they did not need to break his legs. ( In Luke 23:46 when Yeshua died on the cross he commended his spirit to God the Father, not his soul. His soul which is his personality went to sleep then his spirit went back into his body and he resurrected whole three days later.)
