Day 1 of a pretty savage bicep strain / tear. I'm not sure if it's grade 1 or 2, luckily not grade 3 popped off so glad not having to have surgery, will keep you posted on recovery time have seen GP immediately, I stopped work immediately no need to soldier on, besides far too painful to even consider, Advised ice pack after first aid wrapping with a bandage to stabilize the muscle tear. Very painful.

Damaged a back muscle 6 months ago and still have pains and spasms. Sheesh. Time for an mri i guess.

Sir ihv a muscle strain on left side of core .. physiotherapy has done but still not able to lift weights or able do weight training...only think i do is walking..dont no when it completely heals and please suggest some strength exercise if u suggest..

This was very informative although I'm still not 100% sure...about 3-4 weeks ago I jumped down from about a 10 ft tall fence and sprained my foot. I think it wasn't til the day after I really noticed that I was having pain by my collar bone and the was a knot getting increasingly larger. I've also been having pain and extremely tightness near my shoulder blade going up to my shoulder. The knot remains by my collar bone. Its tender to touch. In your video my injury sounded like a #3 tear??? I know I should go doc but I have no ins....just don't want things to worse. ...I'm open to feedback

I have upper and middle abs injury, Im not recovered and feel pain reflections. 1 year and still going. Other organs inside me are healthy I tought it was gallbladder

I tore my chest and shoulder. Felt like Velcro ripping down. I’ve got full mobility back but not done strength work yet and I have a dimpling pocket that looks weird where it connects. I tried to do light weights about 2 weeks later and just made it stiff now. 🤦‍♂️

had this injury my mri readings are as below - "Complete tear of the right rectus femoris muscle at its tendinous origin from the anterior inferior iliac spine with surrounding edema. Mild edematous changes in the right iliacus muscle along its origin from its iliac fossa." this is 3 months ago currently I have started my rihabitaton want to know I can restore this to the original really need your help

Hello I have a humerus break for about 7weeks now, on which I have encountered wrong alignment for the first 4 weeks. I have started new treatment of recent, how long will it take to fully recovered.( Transverse humerus with no wound outside)?

I’ve had rhomboid pain in a specific spot for over 2 weeks not sure if it’s a tear or just a knot. Referral to front of chest and no ability to bend neck backwards. Opinion or tip please?

Definitely have a tier 1 strain in my quad from XC but I keep setting the recovery time back. I can do normal activities but as soon as I feel like I can go back and race, a mile or two in it gets super tight and I am forced to back down. I still finish the race at a slower less painful pace and afterwards it has a fiery burning pain. Two days later I'm back to doing regular things without pain and a week later I feel good enough to race and the cycle repeats. Districts is in 2 weeks but I just reset my recovery time today. Because the course was hilly today, it is much worse than last time but still not as bad as what it was originally. (districts has no hills) Should I do light jogging as long as there is not pain and check in with my Physical Therapist right before districts?
