I agree with almost all you said. And yes, this is an expansion that adds content to the game. More 50% of riders and the solo variant is very good, too. More 9 pieces of tracks also come in handy so we can customise tracks.

Just bought Flamme Rouge from my FLGS and happy to say the reprinted edition also includes the labels on the back of the cyclists!

You say on the video that Peloton plays up to 6 players. Actually the expansion plays up to 12 players as the rules allow you also to ride a single cyclist.
