I have a gx160 Honda 20mm shaft and ordered a 20mm clutch but doesn't fit.... What size clutch do i need?

my 3/4 shaft is 1" 1/2 long.. my clutch is 2". is there anything i can do to make it work? the bolt is too short to tighten the clutch in place.
