Seriously though, goldust was one of the best characters in wwf/wwe at this point in time. Everyone say "oh the attitude era started with 3:16", but it truly began with goldust debut. No one at this time was doing what he was doing. Like who was cutting these type of promos, no one that's who. Look at his promos with taker, piper, johnson ect. Seriously so underrated...

I love the behind the scenes story. Ahmed wasn’t expecting to be kissed. He legit was gonna kill Goldust but Goldy had a car ready. Jim Ross had to talk to Ahmed after and Godfather volunteered to be in the room. Needless to say there were no issues in that meeting lol
