711L is a great company. I think they are based in Taiwan. I had an idea for a tool for them but I forgot what that idea was.

I thought my Klein electricians ratcheting bit driver was the gold standard... until a particular job where it was not low profile enough. I had to resort to putting an insert bit into a 1/4 inch non-ratching wrench, held in with some tape, to get at the screw. Since then I found a video by "The Aircraft Tech" which compares more of them than I new existed! Worth a watch!

I bought the one for my Leatherman Charge+ Ti, since the ratchet bit is not available made by Leatherman itself. The thing works great, and has the bonus use of being an awesome fidget toy.

Great options. I like the idea to carry it on a carabineer too. I have a similar wrench i carry in a pouch, but that's a good tip.

I carry around mine all the time. I gotta admit tho, the leatherman ratchet driver I use the most.

Damn I though I had the smallest ratchet with inline function, the Sabrecut/Sealey mini ratchet. Those are about 3 1/4 in long, but this is obviously smaller! Plenty of mini ratchets out there but not many that can work as inline drivers. I'll check this one out as I'm always looking to slim down my EDC. Thanks for the heads up!

I like both of them. I carry a belt pouch and I have a much larger ratchet in there right now. This would be a significant size upgrade for me

That first one I probably will carry along with my DL30 after I get it. If you combined that first one with a 1/4 allen bit you could use it as a ratchet for the DL30's standard bit driver. Plus, if you kept it on a keyring with the appropriate torx size for the DL30 in the bottom slot you would have what is necessary to maintain the DL30 too. It's a win win.

I just bought their 4mm precision bit version of this style ratchet driver. Wiha makes an empty 4mm bit holder. Making an extremely small PC/electrician kit.

I carry a Wera 8001 with 6 bits in my 5th pocket as my bit driver on-person EDC, very useful and also a great fidget!
