Cold Case Solved: Man who shot North Richland Hills officer 19 years ago ID'd

The man who robbed a bank in Watauga and shot a North Richland Hills officer 19 years ago has finally been identified, police said.

I have an aunt who works at the N Richland Hills police department as a dispatcher. She told me this exact story when we talking over the phone, and later on I found this video in my google discover section. Very interesting.
