Ingredients for making steamed condensed milk cake:
3 eggs, separated
1 cup sweetened condensed milk (300g)
1 teaspoon vanilla (5g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter 50g (Softened or melted)
1 cup all-purpose flour (125g)
3 tablespoons cornstarch (25g)
2 tsp baking powder (10g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)

For any beginners: mix a little bit of the egg white (about half a cup) into the cake mix, that way it absolutely ensures you that the whites are mixed it.
