4:10 i had an accredited engineer once tell me that while compressing after EQ (especially with extreme compression), remember that the compressor will only add back the frequencies you were intending to cut with that EQ. Not extremely applicable with the x24 high pass you used at 4:10 but is with notches or slight EQ!
