Thanks a lot for your video. Before purchasing the RAM I verified that the original module is @1866Mhz (PC3-14900), while the one you choose is @1600Mhz (PC3-12800).Can you confirm that this does not affect the performance/compatibility?

I found another kit @1866, still from crucial: CT2K8G3S186DM, it says Mac compatible, but the timing, speed and type are the same except for the speed. What do you think about.

Do you run plex in your main nas or did you create a virtual server with dsm? I created a virtual server, not sure how much Ram I should assign to it. Have you upgraded to dsm 7? Any errors with 16gb and dsm 7? Thanks!
