Very useful lesson. thank you.
Today for breakfast I prepared vegetable upma with diced capsicum and carrot and fresh green peas .
Roasted the semolina and kept it aside. And in a caurdlon did seasoning using ghee with mustard, black gram seeds and a red chilly. Added finely chopped ginger and green chillies to it and sauted it very well.
Then poured one and a half glass of water to it and brought it to boil. Here added salt to taste.
Then put the roasted semolina to it and stirred it very well.
Simmered the flame mixed it thoroughly till it became smooth and soft.
Finally garnished with finely chopped corriander leaves.
(You can add half cup of milk to it which enhances the taste
Which is optional).
