One head cauliflower
Two red bell pepper
Half an onion
Seasoning ( 2 tbsp ginger powder, 2 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 2 tbsp thyme, and salt to taste)
1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp minced garlic
