Norfolk State earns no. 16 seed, will face App. State in NCAA Tournament

Norfolk State is back in the Big Dance for the first time since 2012. The Spartans, who won a share of the MEAC regular season title and the MEAC Tournament championship, were named a no. 16 seed and will face Appalachian State on Thursday night at 8:40.
