Twas The Week Before Christmas...

Most of the animals choose to stay in their shelter as the weather starts to get colder. We did a little Christmas photo shoot yesterday with the animals and most were tolerant of wearing the hats. This last week we had lost 2 of the three orphan bunnies that came in at about a week old, they wee eating well but just could not keep the weight on.

It's wonderful to see all the animals looking happy and healthy as winter sets in. Piete and Piper have figured out how to get a treat before nap time. They are definitely living the good life on your farm. Poppet is so adorable. He or she will be a friendly bunny with all the loving attention. I bought reindeer antlers for my horses to wear for their holiday pictures. They are quite tolerant of my silly ideas. I hope I can order a calendar before you run out. I enjoy watching the animals. It is great that you have made a safe place for them to live. The duck alarm system is working I can hear. I found it funny that when the crow spouted off the ducks stopped. Sorry to hear two of the bunnies pasted. That is a great name "Poppet" I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
