What is CaliMoto really Like? This is my first impression of using CaliMoto when navigating on my motorcycle.

CaliMoto is a fantastic SatNav app that I have signed up for the premium version of. I'm not sponsored by CaliMoto, but just love the product and only recommend things that I use myself.

I believe this is the best app for navigating when out on the motorbike and I've tried a few options that I will probably review in future videos.

Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe for more content!

Enjoyed this ride out - this video is taking a look at just the "round trip" feature of CaliMoto. I will eventually post a video of a commute to work, planned using the twisty profile on CaliMoto. As always, let me know in the comments if you have any questions on CaliMoto, or if you use CaliMoto, let me know what you think of the app!

Great video! It’s crazy you don’t have more views. The quality and editing of your videos is great.

I unfortunately live in an area where there are almost no twisty roads. The entire state is a grid. Unfortunately this means that when you ask Calimoto to plan a nice twisty route, all it does is to plot a route where I'm driving around blocks for 2 hours.

Went for the quad lock myself to tour Scotland in August...no issues at all..yet to fit a USB port but been advised to link off the headlight as once the lights are off it won't drain the battery.
CaliMoto will definitely be the one that I go for as it's features seem the best...as for speed warnings yes it would help but I wouldn't solely depend on onscreen information ...nothing wrong with checking the highway signs..😉

Hi. Cheers for the content. Hope your channel grows at a decent rate. Do you have the premium subscription for calimoto? I'm curious if it shows any speed camera warnings or info

i like to plan my routes and trips using calimoto on my PC as i don't like the fiddly nature of doing it on mobiles, so i then save and download them as gpx files, then load the beeline app in the bluestacks emulator and import it into there (no need to use any cables to get it in my phone app). I just wouldn't want my iphone hanging on the handlebars getting all those vibrations and at risk from a spill or forgetting it when i go into a shop or cafe, so i just leave my phone in my pocket in it's leather case, but hey-ho, it's personal preference, and this works for me great, with the small beeline display sitting discretely on the bars. BTW looks like you wear an oxford mondial jacket, same as me !! good choice sir !!

Looks impressive - do you need a data connection, or can it work offline (or do both options)?

Great video.. Subbed :)

About the app: Is it me or does it have a problem if you have to deviate from the known course? Maybe a mistake or roadworks. I saw it added quite a bit on the trip in the video.
