Another thing to bring down the enchantment costs if you have enchanted books is to combine the books. That makes enchanting the item with that combined book MUCH cheaper.

TO ANYONE WONDERING!: *Looting no longer works in your off-hand slot; that has been patched out.*
It is still possible to get the Looting effect on the bow, you just have to hold the *bow* in your off hand slot and your sword in your main hand.
You can also just switch to the sword as soon as you fire the shot, as long as you are holding a Looting Sword in your main hand when the mob dies.
Note that Looting also doesn't work if you have Flame or Fire Aspect and the fire kills the mob instead of you, which is a bug.

With regards to Number 22 at 11:18, its also a good idea to do this when mining in the Nether, to avoid lava sources that may or may not be hidden in the Netherrack. After all, its all fun and games mining in the Nether until you dig in the wrong spot, and you instantly get engulfed in lava due to how fast it flows in there!
