Is time just an illusion?

Ethan, a nurse at a hospital, stole a homeless man’s watch. Just because. When he appreciated this steal (literally), he saw an engraving – “Value your time”. Ethan scoffed and put it on. As soon as he did, the watch’s hands started moving insanely fast. His colleague walked in and asked what happened to him.

Confused, Ethan looked in the mirror – it seemed that aged by at least 5 years in a matter of seconds.

"Value your time." This episode is worthy of a Serling Award nomination for writing. I love these Twilight Zone like episodes. Oleksandr Rudko is one of my favorite actors and he did a great job playing the doctor. Sergey Denga playing the oldest version of the doctor was pure casting genius. Sergey can play ruthlessly selfish like no other. But what is perfect writing is that at the end, he could not help himself and when he saw the man was dying, he saw that he needed to help him. That is why you normally became a doctor, to help people. The ending lines were perfect, "Value your time... Let me help you." Author! Author! Author!

Value your time is a good slogan for anyone. Ethan realised it in high time. Do good deeds and try to elude of bad ones. Then your life may have been really valuable not only for you but for others too. Don't forget that and fix yourself now but not tomorrow.

I was thinking about this a couple of days ago, remember that if they could they wouldn't want to be helped from you either, everyone will get old and aging is a blessing.
Our elders are so important and are the bridge in between generations.
I watched this really nice short film and it brought tears to my eyes.

Ethan may have learnt his lesson the hard way but he will never think of any satanical thing to do after this incident. You do something evil to a person, you invite your own misfortune. You try to do something beneficial for anybody, you only inherit good fortune. What a life lesson this was! 📍
