Just multiply numerator and denominator by a number such that the denominator becomes multiple of 10 and add decimal accordingly

The last one was a bit confusing. If were suppose to double the numbers then 8 would be 16 and wouldn't you carry the 1 over to the 6 making it 7 and then double it to 14?
