I filled form 35 to appeal against penalty charged under section 200A but while I go to preview and submit button it is  asking to Fill Tan number which I don't have and I think it's also optional...I tried too many times but it's not letting me submit without tan number.

Also I dont have registered DSC....can I submit appeal using adhaar otp identification.


Kindly advise on this matter.

महोदय जी नमस्कार।
आपसे मेरा प्रश्न voluntary retirement लेने से कर्मचारी को जो Job Loss कंपनशेशन राशि पर आयकर की प्रचलित दर से TDS कर लिया जाता है यह सरकार द्वारा जानते कि कर्मचारी को JOB LOSS क्षतिपूर्ति राशि मिली है तथा अब इस कर्मचारी की स्थायी आय स्त्रोत जिन्दगी भर के लिए बंद हो जाऐगी।
कृप्या जानकारी दीजिए कि ऐसी स्थिति में कर्मचारी TDS माफी के लिए सरकार के कौन से प्लेटफार्म पर आवेदन कर सकता है।
