Dan from the yt channel “pain free you” has a lot of really good content on the mind body syndrome and how chronic pain or things like RLS are basically all a perceived threat. A lot of his teachings can be easily applied to sleep anxiety and general anxiety as well, cause it’s very similar to NATTO & he does talk a lot about Schubiner’s book
