70 g Caster Sugar
3/4 tbs Lemon Juice
190 g Whipping Cream
✨BUTTERCREAM
90 g Shortening
15 g Unsalted Butter
60 g Icing Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Exract
30 g Whipping Cream
Baking temperature & time: 170°C ~ 12 Minutes
To Store: In the fridge (in an airtight container) for 3-4 days
