SUMIKKOS BREAD SHOP MANAGER BREAD STICK
Yield: 9 pieces
Active Time: 2 Hours
Total Time: 3 ½ Hours

✨CHOCOLATE FILLING
60 g All-Purpose Flour
15 g Cocoa Powder
25 g Water
50 g Granulated Sugar
25 g Dark Chocolate (Compound)
12 g Unsalted Butter

✨BREAD DOUGH
175 g All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
35 g Unsalted Butter
60 g Granulated Sugar
35 g Eggs
1/2 tbsp Egg Whites
1/2 tbsp Corn Syrup
35 g Evaporated Milk
Food Colouring (Orange, Dark Brown, Yellow)

✨ROYAL ICING
110 g Icing Sugar
5 g Corn Syrup
1 tbsp +1/2 tsp Warm Water

Baking temperature and time: In the preheated 180°C oven ~ 20 Minutes

To Store:
Store the completely cooled bread stick in an airtight container at room temperature for the day;
In the refrigerator for up to 5 days;
In the freezer for up to 2 weeks

cute but quite strength recipes, use all purpose flour to make filling is not so good and the bread recipe without yeast should not called bread. I think its texture might like cake more than bread. My opinion might wrong but I make bread, cakes, and all kind of bakery all the time and just feel this is strength. If anyone tried this recipe, please let me know how it was.
