Obviously Parlatore hasn’t gotten his check yet. Doesn’t want to jeopardize that.

“You know I’m automatically attracted to top secret documents.  I just start taking them. It’s like a magnet. I just grab. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a president, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the paper clip.”

Trump has received NINE communications over 1.5 years to 'Pretty please give back the documents.' Then, letters to his lawyers. Then, a subpoena.
Tim Parlatore: "I think the Justice Department was very adversarial about how they handled this."
Translation - You need to let Trump do whatever he wants, whenever he wants it. And if you don't, YOU have been a problem.

Walt Nauta would definitely do “anything” for Trump…….But he’s about to find out just how little Trump would do for him.

I like Presidents better when they aren't indicted.

Nice having Cobb to call bs on Parlatore trying to deflect the blame on to the DOJ.

People have to remember "everything" Jack Smith has was not included in the indictment. If he included everything, the indictment would have been hundreds of pages long. Plus, no good prosecutor would tip all their hands at the beginning of a case. I have a strong feeling there is much more that will come out at trial.

let's give Erin Burnett credit for a great interview here, so well handled.

I honestly don't understand the sympathy for Nauta. He knew exactly what he was doing, as evidenced by the photos in the indictment that he himself took. He is a veteran and absolutely understands the sensitivity of classified materials. So what if he's small fry compared to his boss? He's a literal criminal based on what I read in the indictment. The DOJ owed him nothing.

This trial, when it comes, needs to be televised for the world to see.

Being loyal to Trump will be Walt Nauta's biggest mistake of his life. His life is over.

When Ty Cobb is telling you Trump is toast, he is BURNT.

Information in the indictment is miniscule compared to what evidence they will present in court and those two guys know this, but are not saying it.

Sadly, I had the displeasure of Trump's company a couple times in the Nineties. The very air around him was sour. I wished even then that I'd had a silver cross and a necklace of garlic cloves handy. As an agnostic and fairly level person, I wonder if in some metaphorical, figurative sense, this most twisted of all Americans isn't some kind of anti-christ (an anti-christ: lower case; not the anti-Christ).

Ty Cobb's sitting there listening to Parlatore try to litigate this on CNN and just shaking his head.

I appreciate the Monopoly man taking time out of his busy schedule to let us know Trump got a straight to jail card
