I saw it in the men's restroom at the Peachtree Atlanta mall. I don't know if it's new seat cover every time or if it just rotates the same length multiple times around. The seat is uncomfortable and doesn't have enough seating area for the butt.

An inventive way to use plastic, in a hygienic way, I like it. The plastic rolls can also be recycled after use, (recycling centre) so that’s good.

Use indian subcontinental traditional toilet. Um going Europe from Bangladesh and worried about using this type of high commod coz It's unhygienic 😢😢😢

This is why we can't have nice things in this country, you can make video but have some respect, wasting four use and not just that, you think your shoe are clean?. Why the shoe? the purpose they make this toilet seat is to keep everybody clean and safe and here come mr nice guy. As a Japanese this is so disrespecting and carelessness to the community and the owner of facility.
