In fact, if you were at the bottom of the cliff you need a sniper gun and aim it to the ghost of Jolene, Also she is tall when you look at the sniper gun aiming, wait a few seconds until you can hear her whispering and screaming, if you were at the cliff you can see the Ghost of Jolene, her height changed there are two different Ghosts when you are up the cliff and when your at the bottom of the cliff.
