There is a quicker way to access the app switcher than double tapping the Home button. In iOS 11.1, you can simply invoke a 3D Touch gesture on the left side of the screen to get to the app switcher, or to jump between the last used app.

when i use the gesture to bring up all my apps running in the background, how do I change my settings so that if I swipe right, it switches quickly thru all my apps, instead of having to go one by one to get to the apps that are towards the back gesture. The setting allows me to swipe right and it fluidly scrolls thru all the apps open in the background (after click the initial gesture from the left side). Any help? Thanks!

I have iphone 6s with 3D touch i got an “screen case” and it dont work anymore. Somebodey know how to fix ???

I used to be able to do the switching without the home button but now I can’t. Do you think that it’s because I dropped my phone and I had the screen switched out?
