Help! There are no support for this machine? Elegoo website does not support this machine, what to do?

I am at the point of returning this product because I cant level it. It keeps stiffing every time I level one and then the other stiffs!

point 3 on mine i have to crank it all the way down. I have points 1, 2, 4 with the paper sliding and point 3 bites down hard into the bed. So i cranked all the knobs to the right and slowly turned the knobs left to lock onto the paper at each point then back them off. This works for a time or two. Then i have to make the Z access higher. Currently its at 3.20 above zero and the bed at point 3 is still feeling like its higher then the rest of the other points. Leveling it is such a pain in the ass. Elegoo Neptune N2.

You can try to level the bed as many time you want to BUT... 1-2-3-4 corner/points are OK, the 5 (middle/center) is totally out of level. It scratch even if in the points 1-2-3-4 allignment is "too high". If i set "good alignment" in those points, the extruder will totally scratch and stops before reaching the middle of platform! This is a problem of "NOT FLAT BED"! Beware of this brand. With other brands (Sunlu) it never happened, and i won't spend 30€ for a glass bed because of a bad printer.

nel punto centrale il foglio gratta, invece nei punti laterali l'estrusore rimane alzato di qualche decimo, come si fa a regolarla ? se muovo le rotelline nei 4 angoli, il punto centrale diventa piu rigido, se qualcuno ha risolto in problema simile, mi potrebbe aiutare? Saluti a tutti
