I know this may not be important but I’ve been having a rough time lately and today just may have been the cherry on top.

I recently started to draw again because I remember how much I loved to just let my hand glide through the paper and create something beautiful. But of course I had to give up on it for a while and focus on my studies because I didn’t want my parents to be disappointed.

Thankfully, I graduated from High School with all A’s but something was missing… I don’t know what I want to do with my life. When I think about it I will always think logically but deep down my thoughts will always go back to… “What if I draw again?”

My friend was actually the one that encouraged me to pick up the pencil again and work on a art project for him: to paint his new guitar.

However, I sprained my wrist not long ago because of my job. Thankfully it wasn’t so bad and it recovered quickly so I was ready to start sketching the idea for his guitar!

But of course, like the klutz that I am… I had to make things even worse and accidentally slam my trucks door right on my fingers.

I don’t know if the universe is telling me to just give up, so I just started to cry in my room with my ice pack because the worse had finally got to best of-me… and I started going to dark thoughts.

But then, you posted this video and it honestly made me calm down and forget the excruciating pain I was in…. Take a few steps back and remind myself that this is just another bump in the road and I can’t let another obstacle stop me from perusing my passion again.

So even though the video was short… It helped me out a lot, so therefore Thank you Birdy! 🤍
