Funny thing...even in marriage your wife can "friend zone" you. This is not a relationship you can just walk away from yet it is a relationship that can have shifts in "power". In this case I believe having power means having respect which you have to gain with positive alpha male behaviour...not by "caring less". My power also comes from setting boundaries...what I will and won't tolerate. They say, "happy wife, happy life" but it's not to her advantage to have an unhappy husband and I make sure she knows that. We don't believe in "disposable" marriages...we work at our commitment. But to be happy, I have to stay alpha...good alpha, not misogynistic, narcissistic. Been married 40 years now...and yes, to the same woman.

Everything comes down to, is she wants it or not. Anytime she doesn't want it, but you want it, the relationship will fail. Want as much as she wants it. Mirror her actions, both in affection and pull back. Will it guaranteed to work? No. But it's the most likely correct way to respond.

Thank you Chris. I love your videos. I'm in a relationship where she always runs hot and cold. When she was withdrawing and every time I reached out to her it made things worse. I agree with Chris to a certain extent, but how many times have you got to walk away? Great the first few times at the beginning, they always come back, but when it's years down the line, it isn't fun anymore just wears you down, affects your mental health and you start looking elsewhere 👍
