THERE IS NO "START TRIP" BUTTON! I just took my 1st 2 trips, and didn't get paid because I arrived, pick u the passengers and headed off. The nav, instead of heading to their destination, keeps trying to pick you up at the pickup point, so, like a fool, they have to tell me where to go. Isn't there a simple "start-stop" button when you leave and when you arrive?

IT HAS BEEN 3 DAYS I AM OWED AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY YOU WOULD ATTEMPT TO STEAL $266.51 OFF A TRIP THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE $9.49!!!! WE HAVE PASSED YOUR A FEW HOURS TO TWO DAYS GRACE PERIOD TO RESPOND. IT SEEMS STEALING IS THE ONE THING YOU CANT EXPLAIN WHEN CALLED OUT FOR IT.
