Oct.29 -- The U.S. is preparing to announce by early December tariffs on all remaining Chinese imports if talks next month between presidents Donald Trump and Xi Jinping fail to ease the trade war, three people familiar with the matter said. Bloomberg's Mike McKee reports on "Bloomberg Markets: The Close."

If I were Chinese leader, I would assure all other ctries, China would implement new rules of law to safeguard every nation's IP and set up a new agency specifically for this purpose .But this does not apply to that hegmon which has damaged global growth with a spate of trade wars.

I dont undertand why Trump keep bluffing. Chinese are Chinese, and will not Blink they already said they will wait until next year. He Either go all the way or stop Talking.
