This is my guide on how to start calisthenics. With this tutorial you will have a much easier time starting to work out. Calisthenics or streetworkout is a great sport and in my opinion much more fun and also impressive than weightlifting.
You won't regret doing this sport. Just make sure you listen to my tips at the end of the video and you'll make progress in no time.
This is my first youtube video. I won't only be doing tutorials but also vlogs, challenges etc. So if you are interested and you like me then feel free to subscribe. But please don't expect only tutorials.
Ah and I'm sorry if I neglected the leg exercises too much. It's just that after my knee injury I haven't been training legs at all. I do not have experience training legs with calisthenics and I don't want to recommend exercises I have not done before. But don't worry, there are lots of good videos out there.
