How many times did we think on go back into a moment and say something to ourselves in the past. After all this years still one of the best masterpieces of all time.

There is also a message in this scene, no matter how hard you try, you cant change the past, but you can change the future

This scene gets me every time.
My father died in a boating accident and I always think, if I could go back and tell him not to go out on the boat, tell him to stay.

Great acting, great film

I'm a 50 year old man and when I watched interstellar I cried like a baby and I'm not ashamed to admit it, I'd rate it up there with shawshank redemption and schindlers list.

That sound he makes at 1:35 - 1:40 breaks my heart. Its like a sound that represents his helplessness😭

Interstellar wouldnt have been this great without Matthew McConaughey. His performance here was so convincing that he made everyone in the theatre cry. While Everyone is appreciating Nolan for the scene and zimmer for the score (rightfully) I think Matthew McConaughey deserves more credit for fully bringing the scene to life. The Impact in his voice cracks and screams. Shaky breathing, everything was so perfect. He made a teenager like me feel what its like to be your child's ghost.

This has to be the saddest scene in film history. The pure and raw emotion is something you can’t describe.
Everything about this one little clip, just leaves you replaying it over and over again.
The music composition, the acting, the directing. Literally everything part of this scene, really defines the meaning of remorse, regret and sorrow.

One of the scenes that always break me. Masterful acting by McConaughey, and of course, the music by Zimmer. 😥😭🙌
