Is this therapeutic approach effective in people with HIV ( impaired immune systems) ?

This videos speaks of serious side effects of Immunotherapies. Standard therapies side effects compared to immunotherapies side effects... which modalities have worse side effects and in the highest proportion of people undergoing that modality? From the information available it seems the Immuno Therapies have fewer and milder and easier to manage side effects and in significantly smaller proportion of people, in general. Of course your oncologist will clarify.
