Now that we're into February, I think I'll join the Developer network (free), and run RHEL free on the few servers I have at home. It allows up to 16 servers. If Red Hat starts to get funny, I'll likely go with Rocky.

I like Red Hat's tiny kernel, and how easily it goes on a large Dell server (88 cores, 10 spindle RAID 10) easily (I know, excessive for "home", but i got them cheap).

I was going to use CentOS, but ended up with Debian 10.7. Very easy to setup. Very easy to use. I installed Jellyfin for my media server, which was also easy to get running. OpenSSH, Print server, web server, are options during the installation. Get the DVD iso and save some headache

What about Oracle linux ? it's redhat based binary, free updates just like a clone of centos.

I'm not from earth! :-)
No you don't need to go into the debate, 10 other tubers have already... :-P
I do use Ubuntu Server but not the desktop... I plan on setting up a Debian Server to see which I like better... :-)
I just use it as a simple file share and backup server so I don't need much. Hell I can do the same thing with Mint but I don't need the overhead
on the system...
Nope shorts still dry! Try again... LOL
Spearmint is chewing gum... HaHaHa
You have a great day also. Me I'm just waiting for 2020 to end... :-D
Thanks for the Video!
